The Rivette QUESTars Adventure Race Series

The Cotswolds, Worcs.

We are returning to the Cotswolds for the third adventure race in the 2013 Series. Previous Questars adventure races have been held in the Cotswolds in the Autumn so we thought we'd change things around a bit by holding the 2013 adventure race there at a different time of the year. What difference will this make? You'll have to come along and find out...

Event Details

This one-day adventure race is based in south Worcestershire, on the north western fringe of the Cotswolds.

As always there will be a new course that will test all participants, whether you have done this adventure race before or not. Everyone can expect to have to make key strategic decisions such as whether to go up and over Bredon Hill or take the long route around it. The panoramic views from the top are well worth the effort. On a clear day you can see the Malvern Hills, the Black Mountains and across into mid Wales.

The event is based in the lovely grounds of Pershore College campus, which is not far from the M5 motorway, providing easy access from the rest of the country. And the River Avon meanders effortlessly close by, providing a lovely body of water on which to kayak.

Entry Information

Entries for this adventure race are now closed. Enter another adventure race instead.

Entry fees increase by 10% two weeks before race day and online entries close at 23:59 on Wed 15th May if the event is not already full.

Questars adventure races are always popular and kayak places often sell out, so early entry is recommended to avoid missing out.

Extra Maps

Each team pack contains one copy of the course map printed on waterproof paper. Extra copies can be purchased when you enter online if required.

Bike Hire

Bikes for this race can now be hired from Drover Holidays (Midland Cycle Hire, the bike hire company who we initially teamed up with, have already hired out all their mountain bikes).

Drover Holidays are offering a complete package which includes helmet, puncture repair kit, delivery and collection. They have both standard mountain bikes and some higher spec mountain bikes for those who are competing hard!

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or give Anna a ring on 01497 821134 to make arrangements to hire a bike for the Pershore Questars adventure race. They charge a small delivery fee per booking so we recommend if more than one person in your team needs to hire a bike you book them together. Again early booking is strongly advised as they are limited by the number of bikes they can transport.

Are you looking for accommodation before and / or after the event? You will find details of accommodation available in the Pershore area here.
